UNOPENED MERCHANDISE
If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment or a gift voucher. All products must be be 100% complete, packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
OPENED MERCHANDISE
For opened hardware and all other opened merchandise, including but not limited to those with broken seals and opened packaging, there will be a 15% open box fee assessed on any opened hardware or accessory.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any third-party product, please contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding the manufacturer's warranty and contact them directly. We will gladly help you find contact information for a manufacturer.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request.
For faster service, please include the following in your email: name, invoice/order number, product being returned, and the reason for return request.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items.
